Choose your ride—20 miles or 40 miles—through the scenic roads of Benbrook, all in support of the JEH Foundation. Whether you’re in for a steady cruise or a longer challenge, every mile you ride helps make a meaningful impact.
Here’s how it works—and what you get:
The $250 registration fee includes the opportunity to raise funds to cover your entry fee (and then some!). Every rider receives Light the Trail 2026 swag—register by March 20 to score a free long-sleeve T-shirt, and all participants will receive an LTT water bottle to keep you fueled on ride day.
The Route(s)
Riders can select either a 20-mile or 40-mile route, both designed to showcase the beauty of Benbrook Lake and the surrounding countryside. Whether you’re looking for a rewarding challenge or a more relaxed scenic ride, each route promises smooth roads, great views, and an unforgettable experience. Stay tuned—full route details and maps will be announced soon!
Ride Venue and Registration Check In
Both ride routes start and finish at the Dutch Branch Park in located at 1899 Winscott Rd, Benbrook. Ample parking is available for riders and others.
Rider Check-In and Packet Pick Up
Rider Checkin and Packet Pickup will be held on Friday April 10th and Saturday April 11th. Location and time will be announced soon! Riders will receive their bib, complimentary swag and other goodies as part of their packet pickup. Please note we will not provide printed route maps or cue sheets. Riders are responsible for printing any of this material for their use.
Rest Stops, SAG Support and Bike Mechanic
Each route includes three fully stocked rest stops, plus SAG support along the way. A bike mechanic will be available at the start to help you roll out with confidence, and every rest stop will be loaded with your favorite snacks and beverages to keep you fueled for the ride
Post Ride Celebration
The fun isn’t over when the riding ends! Join us for a festive post-ride lunch filled with camaraderie, celebration, and appreciation as we come together to toast an incredible day on the bike.
