Join us for a restorative Pilates and breathwork experience hosted by VIBRASxSAOR Studio. This guided class is designed to help you reconnect with your body through intentional movement and mindful breathing. Expect a grounding flow that builds strength, releases tension, and leaves you feeling calm, centered, and uplifted — all in support of autism awareness. All Proceeds of this class will be donated to The Geneva Center for Autism.
