In honor of Black History Month, Lift Every Sound & Rest is a restorative sound bath experience rooted in remembrance, resilience, and sacred rest.
Inspired by the enduring hymn Lift Every Voice and Sing, this immersive journey invites you to gently release what your body has been carrying and reconnect with breath, softness, and ancestral strength.
Through crystal singing bowls, grounding tones, subtle rhythm, and intentional silence, we will move from honoring the weight of the past to embracing the quiet power of restoration.
This is not a performance.
This is not a lecture.
This is a space to lay down.
A space where:
• Your nervous system can exhale
• Your body can soften
• Your spirit can be held
Whether you identify as Black or are attending in solidarity, this experience centers reverence, reflection, and healing vibration.

🖤 What to Bring
- Yoga mats, zero gravity chairs, weighted blankets, blankets, pillows, eye pillows, and bolsters will be provided.
- You are also welcome to bring your own personal items if you wish.
- Water and light snacks will be provided.
- Bring your intentions and an open heart.
