Our guest speaker for the evening is Paula Befumo, who brings over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, as a business owner, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. She holds a diploma in food and nutrition as well as a degree in sports science, and she currently lectures at South Metropolitan TAFE in health and fitness.
