Starting with gentle breathwork and guided meditation creating your sacred space and setting the intention for the sound healing.
Then Primal rhythm sounds and vibrations of the hand drum are played over each person, creating powerful percussive clearing waves, adding a unique layer of energetic healing to your inner journey.
It's amazing how the drumming can actually send you inwards, deeper!
Seems like it should be the opposite - right?
The primal sounds and rhythms activate something deep inside us and it's a wonderful way of connecting and helping release those hidden, tucked down deep, congestions.
We then allow the beautifully relaxing, cleansing and rejuvenating Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls and Chimes to share their own unique qualities. Each tone resonates with a different area of your body and has a way of helping balance, cleanse and re-align our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual systems at the deepest level, assisting in many areas of your health and well-being.
Sound Meditation can shift the brain from the alert state to a deep meditative state which allows the body to switch on the 'relaxation response' (parasympathetic nervous system) where profound healing can take place.
Creating your sacred space, assists releasing away the 'heaviness' or congestion that has built up (whether we are aware of it.....often not until afterwards). It also allows for inspirations and guidance to flow through.
Finishing with an open discussion on what has come forward for us through the sound session.
I guarantee you will leave feeling a lot different from when you first walked through the door........
People often comment how they feel lighter, have more clarity, feel calm and that 'floaty feeling' of an inner peace.

You're welcome to BYO whatever you need to feel comfortable and supported. Better to bring more, than to lay there wishing you had.
