Class title: Gesture Drawing
Class objectives: This session aims to sharpen observational drawing skills and broaden the range of drawing speeds we're comfortable with. We'll focus on building confidence in creating fast, expressive figure drawings through a playful gestural drawing and mark-making exercise.

Materials needed: Charcoal and large paper provided.
About the teacher: Jordan Cook (b. 1995) is an artist and educator from Harlow, Essex, who graduated from The Royal Drawing School. Jordan is a facilitator of welcoming, non-competitive, and engaging drawing workshops, frequently working with schools, residency programs, and local charities.

Please bring any extra tools or materials. Basics such as charcoal, chalk, pencils, varying papers, boards and easles are provided.
