Exploring Intention & Purpose As We Age
About this Event

AFTER MID-LIFE, you may feel that the best years are behind you or that your time is fast running out. Many fear the loss of their independence and becoming powerless as they drift into later life.

ARE WE POWERLESS? Far from it! Despite all the challenges that come with growing older, with clarity of intention and purpose we can discover an inner power that we could never have accessed (or even imagined) in our younger days.

CLARITY OF INTENTION can fundamentally change how we respond to difficulties, so that we can gain real-life benefits from every challenge. It's a game-changer!

CONSCIOUS AGEING DOESN’T INVOLVE A GURU. Or changing your life-style. You do not need to think of one hand clapping or sitting for hours in contemplation. You do not need to be healthy, wealthy or wise. We just need to be clear about our personal intention and commit to it in key moments.

CONSCIOUS AGEING IS A SIMPLE AND PROFOUND PRACTICE with immense benefits. It is based on recent scientific research around neuroplasticity and the breath. It is also the result of personal experience over many years.
