About this Event
Join us at The Cavendish Arms on February 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM for a fun, casual session drawing from our wonderful model Meg (@fatmeglifemodel on insta) No experience necessary - all skill levels are welcome, whether you're an experienced artist or wanting to learn! This session is led by experienced life drawing tutor and artist Jade Anthony and will start with a warm up of short poses and simple techniques, finishing with some longer self-directed poses to help you really develop your sketching skills. Paper, boards, charcoal and pencils will be provided- Please bring any additional materials if you like!
This event is a fundraiser for local LGBTQ organisations and all proceeds will be donated to support the local LGBTQ+ community! Additional donations are optional but welcome on the night.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find a seat and get settled before our model is ready.
There will be time at the end of the session to chat and share our work, please also feel free to join us afterwards for a drink and a chance to socialise!
PLEASE NOTE USE OF PHONES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED DURING THE SESSION OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE MODEL.
