Most people don’t have a motivation problem.
They have a design problem.
On paper, things might look fine.
But underneath?
You feel overwhelmed.
Scattered.
Like you’re constantly trying to keep up with your own life.
And the result? Frozen at the laptop. Looking like you’re doing, but actually, not doing at all.
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about designing your life in a way that actually works for how you operate, as an individual.
The fact is we’re all different. We all have a unique ‘blueprint’. Yet, a lot of us, are trying to sing from someone else’s hymnsheet.

🧠 What this workshop is
Design Your Life From the Inside Out is a 4-hour, in-person workshop designed to help you reset and intentionally shape your next quarter.
Instead of focusing on external goals alone, we start with:
- Who you are as an individual
- how you actually think
- your preferred ways of working
An example: ’Night owl’ is your natural rhythm. Your ideas spark up at night. You follow someone in Instagram, preaching that getting up at 5am and implementing ‘this routine’ will enable you to progress.. blah blah blah. You keep forcing this way, trying and failing. The answer? Move with your own rhythm instead.
From there, you’ll design the structure, support and scaffolding needed to move through Q2 with clarity and sustainability.

• A personalised way of structuring your time, energy and attention
• Practical “containers” to support your day-to-day life

Phase 1 — Awareness & Audit
Where are things currently not working - and why?
You’ll reflect on Q1 and identify where your energy has been drained or misdirected.
Phase 2 — Reframe & Understand
You don’t need to “fix” yourself - you need to understand how you operate.
We’ll explore what actually creates overwhelm, and how to work with it instead of against it.
Phase 3 — Design Your Containers
You’ll build practical structures to support your life, including:
• Time (buffer days, rest, creative space)
• Energy (how and when you work best)
• Boundaries (what you allow vs what you don’t)
• Attention (where your focus is going)
