About this Event
Looking for a challenge with purpose?
Join us for the Life after Cancer South Downs Fundraising Hike 2026.
This isn’t just a walk. It’s a day to move, connect, and make a difference together. We’ll hike from Eastbourne across the South Downs, taking in rolling hills, open skies and the iconic cliffs of the Seven Sisters and Beachy Head.
We know that for 92% of adults, life after cancer can be even more challenging than treatment itself.
We’re walking to raise money that helps ensure no one faces life after cancer alone.
Come as a group with friends, family, or colleagues to make a day of it - or join solo, you’ll be in great company with our welcoming community and the Life after Cancer team.
Whether you’ve joined our workshops, peer groups or other events before, or this will be your first time, we’d love to have you with us this April.
