James Wigmore, internationally recognized forensic toxicologist and author of "Wigmore on nicotine and its drug delivery systems" will discuss the medicolegal aspects and history of one of our more dangerous and addictive legal drugs, nicotine, and how it has morphed from pipes, to cigarettes, vapes and pouches.
