License Law for Agents & Brokers

Free Real Estate CE Credits - 3.0 hours

Real Estate agents are required to take one CE class pertaining to License Law in order to renew their license. This is required by GREC.

• Requirements of a qualifying broker and an affiliated licensee upon transfer of a license from one firm to another
• Requirements of a qualifying broker and affiliate licensee concerning trust or escrow accounts
