The Library will maintain a list of Early Mail-In voters moving forward. Ballots will be sent to the address on file each year. Even if you are registered for Early Mail-In or Absentee with the Schuyler County Board of Elections, it does not mean you are registered for the Watkins Glen Public Library’s annual vote. The Library operates separately.
Absentee ballots are for one-year only. They expire annually.
Residents of the school district who wish to apply for Early Mail-In and Absentee voting should use the forms below. Paper copies of these forms are available at the Circulation Desk. You can submit these at any time.
In-person voter applications must be returned to the Watkins Glen Public Library no later than one day before the election at 5:00pm (May 11, 2026). You will be provided a ballot and the appropriate security envelope to cast your vote at this time.
Mailed applications must be received by the library no later than May 1, 2026 at 5:00pm.
All other voters should plan to visit the library on May 12, 2026 between 1:00am and 7:00pm to cast a vote. Please have a valid photo ID to verify identity and residence.
