We’ll begin with a heart-opening Blue Lotus/Cacao Ceremony, grounding you and fostering a deeper connection to your true essence. This will prepare you to release what no longer serves you and invite new energies into your life ☕️
Next, we’ll flow into Breathwork, allowing the breath to open channels for clarity, insights and release. As you breathe, you’ll release what no longer serves you, making way for inviting in what is aligned for you 🌬️
Finishing with the healing vibrations of sound washing over you, guiding you deeper into a state of peace and alignment with the powerful lunar energy 🎶
Together, we’ll honor the unique energy of this lunar phase and set intentions for both release and manifestation ✨

Yoga mats will be provided and bolsters and blankets available. Please bring anything that will make you more cosy and be able to enjoy the experience more deeply, eg. eye pillow, favourite crystal, favourite mug for cacao, journal and pen ☕️ 📝
