About this Event
Liberating Yourself From Mom Guilt is a two-part online workshop designed to gently unravel what so many mothers carry beneath the surface. What we often call “mom guilt” is rarely true guilt at all, but a deeper sense of shame — the quiet belief that we are somehow not enough. Not patient enough, not present enough, not doing it right. These feelings are not personal failures. They are shaped and reinforced by societal frameworks, cultural expectations, family systems, and internalized stories about what a “good mother” should be. In this space, we begin to unpack those frameworks, question the narratives, and create room for something more honest, compassionate, and true.
In Part 1: The Liberated Mother, we explore the roots of mom guilt and the societal pressures that influence how we see ourselves, including the often invisible systems that create and enforce these expectations. You will be guided back into your own inner authority, learning to trust your instincts and redefine motherhood on your own terms.
In Part 2: Shame Resilience, we move into practical tools for working with shame directly — softening the inner critic, building emotional resilience, and cultivating a more supportive relationship with yourself.
This workshop is not about becoming a perfect mother. It is about becoming a freer one — grounded in self-trust, compassion, and the understanding that you were never meant to carry this alone.
Each class is 90 min with experiential exercises and hand outs.
Part 2: May 14th 6:30 - 8pm
Cost: $49 (total for both sessions)
