Join the Unity Glide—a supportive, affirming, and celebratory roller skate session for Trans, Gender Non-Conforming (GNC) folks, and their Allies!

This space is dedicated to connection, joy, and movement. Whether you're a seasoned skater or trying wheels for the very first time, this is your opportunity to build skills, make connections, and roll in an environment where your identity is celebrated.

• Affirming Space: We prioritize a supportive and affirming atmosphere for all gender identities.
• Skill Development: Experienced coaches are on hand to offer guidance, tips, and required-as-needed coaching to help you develop your skating confidence and technique.
• Community Focus: This is a space dedicated to fostering community and building connections between Trans/GNC individuals and their supportive allies.

A Note on Funding: This session is proudly supported by Sport England. As part of this vital funding, we will collect anonymized data relevant to demographic and participation trends for reporting purposes. This information is crucial in helping us secure continued funding to provide inclusive spaces like this.

If you are not able to attend this session, please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can release the ticket for another skater to attend. We are only able to reschedule or refund your ticket if you give us at least 24 hours notice and appreciate your support.

The Skate Santuary provides roller skate lessons, events and parties in our studio in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK. We also hold fortnightly Roller Discos at Ramgarhia Sports Centre and are available to hold private disco and workshops at your venue.
