About this Event
Traditional networking events often feel like they were designed to drain us, not connect us. "The Blueprint" is different.
Join us for a flagship Neurodiversity Celebration Week event designed for Neurodivergent (ND) professionals and the active Allies who support them. We are scrapping the old rules of "mingling" and rolling out a new blueprint for connectionone based on sensory safety, clear communication, and shared interests.
Whether you are Autistic, ADHD, Dyslexic, Dyspraxic, or simply an Ally who wants to learn, you are welcome here.
What to expect:
- The Traffic Light System: Choose a Red, Yellow, or Green badge to signal your social energy levels.
- No Small Talk Required: Skip the weather chat. We use prompt cards and topic stations to dive straight into what matters.
- Sensory Safety: Low lighting, reduced background noise, and a dedicated "Quiet Room" available the entire 4 hours.
- Structured Content: Learn from industry leaders on how we can redesign the workplace.
Come help us draft a more inclusive future.
