LGBTQ+ Inclusion in Cricket Conference

Get ready for an inspiring day focused on making cricket a more welcoming and inclusive space for everyone. This in-person event brings together LGBTQ+ players, County clubs, the ECB and organisations involved in all levels of cricket to share stories, ideas, and strategies to support the LGBTQ+ community in cricket.

This year, we will be reflecting on the achievements of the community and allies in cricket over the last five years, including the LGBTQ+ Cricket Festival, lessons on engaging the community, support for LGBTQ+ clubs and how we can make mainstream cricket even more inclusive.

The conference is open to anyone in cricket, whether a member of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally.
