Jason Otts is the Founder and Lead Agent of the OTTSOME Realty Team, the #1 real estate team in the #1 office in Collin County at Keller Williams Allen. With a career spanning multiple facets of the real estate industry, Jason brings a rare blend of leadership, marketing expertise, and relationship-driven strategy to his business.
Before launching OTTSOME Realty Team, Jason played a key role in structuring and building the sales and marketing division for Oneprop Leasing & Property Management, one of the largest property management companies in the United States. He also served as a Team Leader with Keller Williams, where he recruited, trained, and mentored agents across the DFW metroplex.
Jason is an active real estate investor, owning and operating successful short-term rentals, and regularly teaches classes to investors looking to add STRs to their portfolios. His passion for education and business-building has led to him being invited to speak at Keller Williams Family Reunion in 2024 and 2025 and 2026, where he shared how he has built a 97% referral-based business consistently producing over $30MM annually.
A cornerstone of Jason’s success is his innovative Pickleball Playbook, which now generates approximately one-third of his annual business. This system combines intentional sphere-based farming with his proven “36 to Convert” framework—turning genuine relationships and shared interests into a predictable, scalable lead-generation machine while doing what he loves.
Committed to delivering an OTTSOME Experience at every step, Jason leads the team in serving clients throughout North Texas, ensuring exceptional service, clear communication, and results-driven strategies.
