What does high-quality dialogue look like, and how do we get there within our teams, organizations, and communities? In this session based on Peter Senge’s Model for Dialogue, we will explore the key components that lead to quality dialogue; discover the roles and impacts that different perspectives provide in quality dialogue; and understand the impact of quality dialogue on important organizational measures such as psychological safety, decision quality, innovation and problem solving, communication and conflict management, and accountability.Haley Hunhoff Samuelson is a certified Strengths and executive coach and founder of Haley Samuelson Coaching, and organization that exists to support leaders in discovering their God-given potential and applying those gifts to pursue excellence in their life and work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of South Dakota and a master’s degree in Christian Leadership from Sioux Falls Seminary.
