Lauren has owned and operated a fermentation focused production space for the past four years, working professionally with live cultures across food and beverage.This class focuses on the fundamentals of vegetable fermentation, proper salt ratios, and how to create crisp, flavorful pickles using simple ingredients and live cultures.
