About this Event
Join us for the last Eclipse of 2025 on the last day of Summer for an intentional meditation to observe and ground before the Autumn Equinox.
Led by Taylor Gonzales (he/they) / Astral Plane Adventures, this gathering will include breathwork, meditation, and journaling practices designed to support release and grounding during the intense energies of Eclipse Season. Together, we’ll explore the dynamic between clinging and letting go, reflect on the challenges of the Pisces–Virgo nodal themes, and gently uncover ways we may hold on to difficult subjects. Through guided practices and shared reflection, participants will be invited into deeper peace, clarity, and renewal for September and beyond.
This intentional guided gathering will be followed by a complimentary Pomegranate Negroni mocktails from Curious Elixirs in honor of the Autumn Equinox to mingle with fellow attendees. Blankets will be provided for guests to sit during this late Sunday session in the Landtrust pond garden, but feel free to bring anything you wish to assist your time! Small notebooks will be provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own journal, notebook, and pen. Suggested donation of $10-$20 via Venmo or CashApp @astraladventures can be made in advance or at the event itself.
Taylor Gonzales (he/they) is a queer, trans, BIPOC meditation teacher, hypnotherapist, and Reiki practitioner exploring the intersections of identity, healing, and spirituality.
After more than two decades of navigating gender dysphoria, internalized homophobia, and mental health challenges, Taylor found their first spark of healing in 2009 through a beginner’s yoga and meditation series—and never looked back. They went on to earn their 200-RYT in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation at Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX, and later deepened their studies in hypnotherapy with Grace Smith and Reiki with Heart Space Holistic.
Today, Taylor shares accessible meditation practices with those who are new to spirituality, with a special dedication to the queer community and anyone who identifies as just left of center. Their work weaves together studies in Reiki, Buddhism, Taoism, Vedic sciences, hypnosis, somatic healing, pranayama, astrology, and tarot—all in service of helping others reconnect to themselves and the world around them.
Having lived and practiced across the United States and abroad—including a four-month residency in Wellington, New Zealand—Taylor has discovered a simple truth: no matter the packaging, people’s needs are universal, and the keys to contentment lie in community and compassion.
