In our modern world, many people experience fear and anxiety, or simply find themselves overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. In this half day retreat, Buddhist monk Gen Tabkay will show how through meditation and special ways of thinking we can develop the power to let go of these unpleasant emotions, enabling us to live joyfully and fearlessly, even when facing adversity.Everyone welcome; no prior experience necessary.

10:00 – 11:15am: Teaching and guided meditation
11:15 – 11:45am: Break and refreshments
