We will cover:

• What journaling really is (and how it can become your greatest tool for clarity)
• How to release mental noise with a brain dump practice
• Why we struggle to receive, stay consistent, or feel worthy—and how to change that
• Topic of the month: Self Discovery (We’ll uncover meaningful topics that invite deep reflection, helping you discover how well you truly know yourself and strengthen the most important relationship in your life: the one you have with yourself. By the end of the session, you will be able to answer the question "Do you really know Yourself" with a YES)
