The Walks
This series of three wellbeing walks, run by Canal & River Trust, are led by qualified walk leaders. They are aimed at any residents of the King's Cross area who would like some friendly company while stretching their legs at a gentle pace. It's about company, fresh air, and a little movement. We'd love to see you at multiple walks, and we hope to run more depending on demand.
We'll walk along the towpath of the Regents Canal to Camden locks, approximately 1 mile away. We can then return via the same route, or there is a bus option for tired legs. Toilets are available and there's plenty of places to purchase refreshments before or after the walk.

What you need
The great thing about walking is that you do not need any fancy equipment. Please just wear comfortable shoes and bring a warm jacket. If we need to cancel due to bad weather, we will endeavour to contact participants on the morning of the walk.

Please book one time slot per person. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked slot. These sessions are designed for adults and for children from seven years old upwards as an introduction to walking and are easy grade along our amazing towpaths. Learn a bit of history or see some awesome wildlife which is around every turn on our waterways .
Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.
Walk ins will not be accepted. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or get in touch with us, giving another person a chance to take part.
