LET'S VISION BOARD!

An in-person workshop to gently + joyfully carve out space to connect with yourself, your creativity & your next season.

At the turn of a year (or season), it’s lovely - and often pretty powerful - to pause and ask:
“What do I actually want for myself and my life right now?”

A vision board is a playful, visual way to explore your hopes, intentions, desires and direction using images, words and intuition (no spreadsheets or five-year plans in sight!).

And just to be clear - this is not about being “good at art” or having it all figured out.

It’s about giving yourself permission to tune in to YOU, get curious, get playful and see what intuitively bubbles up when you give yourself a little space.

This evening is your chance to step out of the rush of everyday life, listen in to you, and build a vision for the months (or year) ahead in a relaxed, supportive and fun space.

• Ease in with a gentle guided visualisation to help you switch off the noise in your head and tune into yourself
• I'll share a couple of simple coaching prompts to spark reflection (bring a journal if you have one)
• Then… get stuck in! Cutting, sticking, doodling, exploring, playing and creating your own vision board
• Optional sharing, chats, guidance, encouragement and connection along the way
• No pressure, rules or “right” way to do it! Just relax and enjoy yourself!
