This FREE class is designed for parents planning a hospital birth. Our goal is to help you feel confident about your delivery plan, explore your options during labor, and ensure you feel informed and involved in your birth process.
We’re thrilled to have Coralee Toal, MD, and Gabby Gilchrist, PA-C—both medical professionals and moms—leading this class. 💛
This is a two-part event, held on Thursday, Nov 7 & 14, from 6-8 PM.
The first session will cover late pregnancy and delivery, while the second focuses on the postpartum period and recovery.
