Penn Ave Phase II Reconstruction Meeting (Mtg. #3)

Phase II of the Penn Avenue Streetscape Project is planned for 2025/2026 between Evaline and S. Graham Streets. This is a facade to facade reconstruction; more information about the project can be found here: https://engage.pittsburghpa.gov/penn-avenue-phase-2

Affected businesses and residents are encouraged to attend the 2024 planning meetings to voice their questions and concerns regarding this project. The November 7th meeting is the 3rd meeting in a series of 4 this year, and the only evening meeting offered. The last meeting will be Thursday, December 5th, at 11 am at the BGC Activity Center, 113 N. Pacific Ave.
