Take a break from your daily routine and join us for a calming, restorative meditation experience at Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga. This 90-minute session combines accessible meditation techniques with live music and sound healing to help you reset, refocus, and reconnect.
What to Expect Let’s Meditate is designed for all experience levels. Whether you’re just starting or already have a regular practice, you’ll learn simple ways to deepen your meditation through guided breathwork (pranayama), visualization, mantras, and sound.
The event begins with 45 minutes of seated meditation, with the option to sit on the floor or in a chair. After that, you’ll be invited to lie back and settle into a deeply relaxing sound experience for the rest of the evening.
Led by Sujantra Your guide for the evening is Sujantra, founder of Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga. With decades of experience, Sujantra offers practical, respectful guidance rooted in mindfulness and self-awareness. His approach supports personal insight and helps you build a sustainable, enriching meditation practice.
