Let's Get Flowing

Join Girl Flow and the Johnston YMCA for a fun, free community yoga session designed for mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends. This is your chance to move, breathe, and connect — while also supporting local students through Girl Flow’s programs.

What to Expect:

• A welcoming yoga session for women and girls ages 10+
• Doors open at 11:00 AM | Session begins at 11:30 AM
• Bring your own mat or borrow one from the YMCA
• Bring a towel if needed
• Light refreshments provided
• Donations welcomed: period products (pads, wipes, liners) will be collected onsite to support Girl Flow students
