What is S.M.I.L.E.
S.M.I.L.E. stands for Self-Confidence, Motivation, Improv, Listening, and Expression, five essential skills teens will build across four dynamic workshop sessions.
This leadership series is designed for teens ages 13–18 who want to become stronger communicators, creative problem-solvers, confident presenters, and better listeners both in front of the classroom and in life.
Each session is 3 hours long, featuring hands-on activities, leadership-focused improv games, and science-based exercises that are both fun and transformative. Best of all, we follow up with a one-on-one Zoom call 3–4 months later to support continued leadership growth.

Session 1: Self-Confidence & First Impressions
Info: Icebreakers, presence exercises, and confidence-building games.
Session 2: Listening & Communication
Info: Improv-based activities that teach active listening and empathy.
Session 3: Creative Thinking & Adaptability
Info: Problem-solving games, brainstorming drills, and flexibility tools.
Session 4: Expression & Presentation
Info: Teens will practice presenting, storytelling, and using humor effectively.
Follow-up: 30-Minute Zoom Call (Scheduled Individually)
