We are opening the doors to Pines Beach Community Hall in Kaiapoi for a free session of Let’s Dance.Join us for great music and feel good vibes. Dance to the beat in a way that feels comfortable for you. There are no follow along dance moves, you move at your own pace in your own style.
At the end of the session you will feel energized and happy that you have taken time out for yourself in your busy schedule.
This is a great taster to get an idea of what our upcoming sessions will be like.

Every. body. is welcome! Our classes are a judgment free zone where everyone is encouraged to express themselves in a way that feels right for them.
