About this Event
Being a small business owner asks a lot of you. I like to say it's like personal development on steroids. It's a magical journey, and it requires a lot of self care to maintain your energy, vitality, and badassery.
Troublemaker Collective is a network of women in small business in Salt Lake City. We create experiences where we can support and celebrate ourselves and each other becasue we truly believe that through small business, we can change the world for good.
We know you are doing a million things at once and wearing all the hats. So, we invite you to come back to yourself and reclaim any energy that might have gotten away from you.
This evening is for you.
A space to slow down, drop out of your head, and come back into your body.
This experience is guided by breathwork facilitator Marissa Astill of The Confident You, a TRBLMKR member and one of our own. You're in good hands.
What the evening looks like
We'll open by introducing ourselves and have a few reflection prompts to set intentions.
Then we'll move through:
- A 10-minute intro to breathwork so you know exactly what to expect going in
- A 60-minute guided breathwork journey to help you release stored energy and reconnect to yourself
- A closing moment to anchor the experience and name your intention moving forward
- Time to connect with the people around you who probably feel a lot like you do
What to bring
- Wear comfy clothing
- Something to lay on! A Yoga mat or a blanket
- Something to keep you warm! Blanket, hoodie, etc.
- Something to lay your head on! Pillow, hoodie, whatever
- Eye mask (extras will be available if you forget)
- Water bottle
- Anything else that will help you feel cozy
Love breathwork? Cool. Never done breathwork before? Perfect.
You don't need experience or any background in this. We'll walk you through everything before we begin. You just have to show up.
