About the Workshop

The holidays can be beautiful β€” and they can be heavy.
For many of us, this season brings up grief, loneliness, old memories, and the quiet ache of seasonal depression. LET IT OUT! Holiday Blues is a gentle, welcoming space to breathe through those feelings rather than bury them.

This special 2-hour workshop invites you to pause, reflect, and tend to your emotional well-being through breathwork and poetry. Whether you're coping with the loss of a loved one, navigating seasonal sadness, or simply feeling the weight of the year, this space is for you.

Together, we’ll slow down, write our truth, and release what’s been sitting heavy on the heart. No experience is needed β€” just come as you are, with your full humanity and a willingness to exhale.

This gathering is all about giving yourself permission to feel.
