Through our Trail Work Series, Runners for Public Lands partners with local trail maintenance organizations, clubs, and races to educate and activate runners through recurring trail stewardship events. All of our events are approved, permitted, and insured by the local land managing agency and led by trained trail work leaders. RPL Ambassadors and our partners are at each event to share news and upcoming ways to get involved in our organizations.The Tri-State Trail Work Series will be hosted by The Running Kind and touch four different trail networks throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. The Running Kind is a carbon-neutral trail running organization focused on the intersection of trail running and sustainability. The schedule is as following...

This trail work is in partnership with the Monocacy Watershed Association in Bethlehem, PA. We will be doing trail work & stream cleanup as well as collecting litter along the trail.

There will be a run before the trail work. This will be an out and back on the Monocacy Trail, runners and walkers are welcome to turn around whenever they would like.
