Decorate cardboard birds inspired by John Masefield’s poem The West Winds and create your own “Wordy Bird” to inspire storytelling. You’ll also make a mini story box filled with characters, places, and surprises — perfect for inventing your own playful stories.
Masefield Matters with Imaginellie
Join our magical storyteller Imaginellie to hear about a Ledbury boy’s adventures at sea and his journey to becoming the King’s poet. Bring along your Wordy Birds to complete the experience. Free tea, coffee, and biscuits will be served!
