This may be of most interest to those new into a volunteer manager or coordinator's role. This session is a repeat (with slight update) of the 2025 session.

- To have increased confidence around volunteer recruitment
- To have an increased understanding of a fair and inclusive recruitment process
- To have increased awareness of the importance of having well-structured role descriptions
- To understand the barriers potential volunteer’s face and identify ways to overcome them
