Business owners, managers, and employees across all sectors who are using or considering AI tools at work. No technical background is required.

- Getting the Most from AI - how to write effective prompts, why prompt quality matters, and practical techniques anyone can apply immediately regardless of their role or sector.
- AI Literacy - understanding what AI can and can't do, how to critically evaluate its outputs, and building confidence in using these tools without over-relying on them.
- Safe & Responsible Use at Work - the risks of unmanaged AI adoption (data privacy, hallucinations, policy gaps), why organisations need clear AI policies, and what good practice looks like day-to-day.

Led by: Jack Igglesden is a Manx advocate and an experienced AI trainer who has delivered sessions for businesses and organisations across the Island, including through Digital Isle of Man's Activate AI programme. With a background spanning legal practice, commercial advisory, and AI consultancy, Jack brings a grounded, practical perspective to AI adoption - focused on real-world application rather than hype.
He works with AI tools daily across legal drafting, compliance, and business development, giving him direct insight into where these tools add genuine value and where the risks lie.
