This session introduces 'Pulses' - a simple structured approach to make every meeting more purposeful and effective with the support of AI.
You will learn the six main Pulse types and how everyday tools like Copilot can help identify the correct type, draft agendas, create pre-reads, and handle follow-up actions.
The presentation covers practical pre, during and post steps along with responsible AI guidance. Attendees will leave with clear checklists and actionable tips to immediately elevate meeting quality and productivity in their teams.

Dan Thomas is a business solutions architect based on the Isle of Man and specialising in applying AI to real business challenges. With 25 years of experience spanning telecoms, blockchain, and AI, his focus is on driving ROI by integrating technology into effective processes.

Attendees will get a range of handouts, including an overview of the PulseOS Meetings process (as covered in the event), pre-configured prompts, and how to take the solutions further.
Dan also intends to follow up with attendees (with their permission) after a couple of weeks to see how they are using the PulseOS methods, and what results they are seeing.
