Session 2: Rapid Prototyping 2/6/25
This hands-on session focuses on turning your idea into a tangible reality—quickly and efficiently. We’ll discuss the importance of rapid prototyping in testing assumptions and gathering early feedback. You’ll explore methods like sketching, building physical models, and utilizing digital tools (such as 3D printing and CAD software) to bring your idea to life in its earliest form.
We’ll also address how to prioritize the key features of your invention to develop a minimum viable product (MVP) that highlights your concept’s value while keeping costs and time in check. By the end of the session, you’ll have either a physical prototype in hand or a clear, actionable plan for building one. This session sets the stage for validating and improving your idea in the real world.
This session is part 2 of 5 in the Vision 2 Invention series, a comprehensive program designed to guide you through the entire process of bringing an idea to life. From ideation to scaling and selling your product, each session builds on the last to ensure you have the tools and knowledge needed for success. Join us for the full series to maximize your invention’s potential!
