About this Event
In this interactive 45 minute workshop you'll learn the ancient art of facial cupping to gently lift and stimulate the skin & muscles of the face allowing the flow of Qi, a Chinese word meaning vital energy or life force. You will be guided on how to apply the suction cups on the face in a squeeze-and-release technique, moving upward and outward to gently pull the skin away from the deeper layers of the fascia, which increases blood flow and brings the healing white blood cells to the area being treated. This motion is repeated several times.
Your booking fee includes a set of facial cups to take home with you and an InLight Beauty Face Oil (worth £21) to use with your facial cups.

Running Order
- We'll start with a gentle cleansing ritual using InLight Beauty skincare products to prepare the skin for facial cupping
- Slowing down into the ritual, we'll apply the facial oil to provide the right level of slip on the skin for your cups to glide on
- You'll be shown a step by step facial cupping ritual that you can repeat at home
