About this Event
Emotional intelligence is key for leading a charity.
In this discussion-based workshop run by Mike Jenkins - Chief Executive of TCBC he will share valuable insights and hold discussions around the challenges faced leading a charity today.
The main focus of this session will cover why his focus on applying skills related to emotional intelligence have been invaluable and he will provide some great tips and approaches that have enabled him to successfully run a complex charity.
Mike will talk about which of his commercial skills have been the most beneficial to him working in the third sector and share the mistakes he has made (and learnt from).
This session is ideal for current or aspiring leaders.
