About this Event

This course unveils the potential within every employee to engage, lead, and influence. With a practical and case-specific approach, participants will be able to better understand how to lead from the middle based on their abilities and interests.

Overview

Leadership and responsibility aren’t exclusive to those with a corner office. Employees of all levels can be empowered to engage with projects and teams in a capacity that reflects their capabilities and aspirations if not their formal titles. These scenarios can represent short- or-long term opportunities, but in all cases, these “situational” leaders must learn to understand leadership, influence and communication skills.
This course covers power dynamics, interpersonal communication, influence, building strategic partnerships and conflict resolution.
