Effective facilitation of conversations in the workplace and communities is needed in our region. As our world continues to evolve, we must adapt to it. Leading Conversations: Best Practices in Facilitation is a three-part series in partnership with the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities. Jonathan Zur, President & CEO of the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities, will lead the series. Whether you are new to facilitation or seek a refresher, this program will equip you with the tools needed to lead conversations in an inclusive, informative, and effective manner. In this interactive series, you will learn practical tips and have opportunities to apply your skills with fellow participants.
The series takes place on the following Wednesdays:
March 11, 2026 - 11:00-5:00 pm
March 18, 2026 - 1:00 - 5:00 pm
March 25, 2026 - 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all three session dates to maximize the value of the program and ensure a comprehensive learning experience. Registration is $325, and LMR alumni status is not required to participate.
