He played a key role in developing and coaching leaders, designing leadership programmes, and driving talent initiatives such as succession planning, talent reviews, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to this, he spent over eight years at Barclays as Head of Learning and Development for Asia-Pacific, where he led leadership development, talent management, and executive coaching initiatives.
