About this event
Leadership today asks something different of us — deeper presence, greater awareness, and the courage to co‑create what wants to emerge. Leadership in a New Era is an intimate dialogue circle designed to help you explore who you are as a leader, connect with others on a meaningful level, and discover what becomes possible when wisdom is shared in community.
Together, we’ll reflect on the challenges of modern leadership, explore contemplative practices, and engage in conversations that open new pathways for clarity, resilience, and empowered action.
What You’ll Experience
- Deep Connection: Build meaningful relationships with others who nurture and support your spirit.
- Inner Exploration: Reflect on who you are being as a leader and cultivate qualities that bring more ease and grace into daily life.
- Expanded Awareness: Strengthen your listening skills, tune into intuition, and explore the edges of knowing to expand consciousness.
- Grounding Practices: Learn centering techniques that support calm, presence, and clarity in challenging situations.
Format & Flow
The gathering will take place in a circle using a talking stick to support intentional, respectful sharing.
We will begin with a short guided meditation to help everyone arrive grounded and present.
Throughout the session, we will practice deep and generous listening.
We will also explore the nature of “tough problems,” drawing on Adam Kahane’s insights into dynamic, generative, and social complexity. You’ll be invited to reflect on a challenge you’re facing — personal, family, community, or societal — and consider new strategies and perspectives through contemplative practice.
