Leadership as Legacy: Power, Purpose, and Presence

The St. Jean Studio's flagship workshop, Leadership as Legacy: Power, Purpose, and Presence, is a space for story -sharing and truth-telling. It provides participants with a chance to reflect on their own leadership journey while listening to the paths others have taken. Through interactive activities, gentle guidance, and reflection prompts, we will notice what may be holding us back and honor what is already working well. Together, we will dive into the Seven Domains of Leadership developed by The St Jean Studio, exploring how Purpose-Driven Leadership and Relational Intelligence can shape the way you show up with clarity and integrity. We will work through a thoughtfully designed workbook that allows you to capture insights and turn them into actionable next steps, including the creation of a personal leadership manifesto. Throughout the day, you will be surrounded by a circle of thoughtful women who will remind you that you do not have to walk this path alone.
