Want to lead yourself with clarity when it counts?
In this workshop, we’ll explore leadership as an inner practice, built on three core capacities: presence under pressure, self-awareness and self-regulation, and empathy with perspective. When stress hits, survival patterns can hijack our reactions without us realizing it. You’ll use meditation as your foundational practice for steadiness, along with a simple neuroscience-based model to recognize and intercept those patterns in real time.
You’ll uncover your own saboteurs and stress-driven habits and learn how to shift in the moment, before those patterns run your internal state and ripple out into your decisions, reactions, and overall well-being. Over time, this cycle –daily awareness and meditation –reinforces your ability to stay clear, empathetic, and strategic no matter the situation.
You’ll walk away with practical tools to return to steadiness and lead yourself (and others) with intention. An optional complimentary discovery session is included for integration support. This offering is grounded, accessible, and designed to foster clarity and balance for daily life and leadership.
