About this Event
This November, to celebrate the joyful arrival of this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau, The Buxton will be welcoming Chef Connie Zagora of Le Kitchen in Lyon for one night only.
Alongside a four-course set menu inspired by her hometown of Lyon and the finest seasonal produce from our farm in Deptford, we’ll be celebrating (and pouring) the 2025 Beaujolais from Sylvère Trichard. A pairing of friends as well as flavors, Sylvère has been supplying wine to Le Kitchen since 2013, having taken over his grandmother’s vineyard in 2012.
Le Kitchen is renowned for its delicate and indulgent Lyonnaise cuisine, always made with organic regional produce, and this year celebrates retaining their Michelin Bib Gourmand for the ninth consecutive year. We are thrilled to welcome Connie to The Buxton this November for a night of exceptional food and outstanding wine from one of France’s most celebrated regions.
Once the tables are cleared, settle in for an evening of flowing wine and festivity as we wholeheartedly welcome this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau.

Smoked duck heart, beetroot and star anis purée, marinated raw beetroot & mizuna
