About this Event

Real Talk. Real Stories. Real Connection.

Le Goûter (pronounced "goo-TAY" - rhymes with “hooray”) is Flyberry’s editorial platform and live conversation series.

Hosted by Ally Potel, a creative producer and event curator from Paris and based in Vancouver, this intimate series invites guests and audiences into honest, heart-opening dialogue.

Each episode brings two guests to the couch to share stories we don’t usually tell at work or on social media, stories about identity, ambition, reinvention, and the moments that quietly change us. We record in front of a small group of guests (10-30 guests) and after the conversation, we stay for a little while, reflect, and talk.

This isn’t a panel. It’s not a performance. It’s an invitation to be part of something honest and human.

🎙 The Episode

"The Invisible Pressure to Have It All Together"

At some point in adulthood, many of us start feeling it, the quiet pressure that somehow, by now, we should have everything figured out.

A stable career. A clear direction. Financial security. A balanced life. Confidence in who we are and where we’re going.

And yet, when we look around, it often feels like everyone else is moving forward with certainty while we’re still trying to make sense of our own path.

In this episode of Le Goûter, we talk about the invisible expectations we place on ourselves and on each other. The timelines we feel we should follow. The subtle comparison that creeps in when we see others appearing to succeed so effortlessly.

Together with our guests, we’ll explore how this pressure shapes our decisions, our confidence, and sometimes even the lives we choose to build.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re “behind” or questioned if you’re doing life the right way, you’re not alone.

Come join the conversation and discover how many people are quietly asking themselves the same questions.

Come listen, reflect, and be part of the conversation.
